The official UCS9 domains
UCS9 publishes four official addresses. They all lead to the same platform and the same account:
Bookmark one of them and always log in from that bookmark. Any other site that shows a UCS9 login form or asks for your password is not the official platform, even if it looks identical. This guide site never asks you to log in.
How to log in
- Open the official site. Use the Login button on this page, which goes to the UCS9 login page, or your bookmark.
- Enter your mobile number in the same format you used to register.
- Enter your password. It is case-sensitive, so check that Caps Lock and auto-capitalisation are off.
- Tap Login. Your balance and the game lobby appear once you are in.
Forgot your password?
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
- Enter your registered mobile number and tap Request TAC. A code is sent to that number by SMS.
- Enter the TAC code and your new password (6 to 50 letters and numbers), then Submit.
- Log in with the new password. If the SMS never arrives, contact live chat from the official site.
A TAC code is only for you to type into the official site. UCS9 staff will never ask you to read it out or send it to them.

How to spot a fake UCS9 site
- The address is slightly wrong, such as extra letters, hyphens or an unfamiliar ending like .vip or .xyz.
- You arrived from a link in an SMS, a WhatsApp message or a social media advert promising a big bonus.
- It asks for your online banking login, card details or a TAC code outside the normal password reset.
- It shows a personal bank account for deposits in a chat rather than on the wallet page.
- The offer is too generous, for example 200% bonuses with no turnover.
If you entered your password on a suspicious site, change it on the real site immediately and tell live chat.
Logging in on your phone
Most UCS9 players log in on a phone, and a home-screen shortcut is the safest way to do it because it always opens the real address.
- Android (Chrome): open www.ucs9.com, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen.
- iPhone (Safari): open www.ucs9.com, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen.
If your phone offers to save your password, only allow it on a device you do not share, and keep the screen lock turned on.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a unique password for UCS9 that you do not use for email, banking or social media.
- Log out when you finish on a shared device.
- Keep your phone number up to date so password resets reach you.

www.ucs9.com/Account/Login. The mirror domains www.ucs9.net, www.ucs9.co and www.ucs9.online lead to the same account.
How do I reset my UCS9 password?
Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen, enter your mobile number, request a TAC code by SMS, then enter the code and a new password.
Why can't I open the UCS9 website?
Try one of the other official domains, switch networks or clear your browser cache. If none of these work, contact UCS9 support through its official Telegram or WhatsApp channels.

No. Fake sites spread through message links. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark of an official domain.
