1. About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you disagree with them, please stop using the site. We may update the terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
2. Information only
Everything on this site is general information about the UCS9 platform and the games it offers. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and nothing here is a promise that you will win. Gambling involves the risk of losing money.
3. Promotions and official terms
Promotion details on this site are summaries, checked on the date shown. UCS9 can change or end any promotion at any time. The current, binding rules for accounts, bonuses, turnover, deposits and withdrawals are the official UCS9 terms and conditions and the official promotion page. Where this site and the official terms differ, the official UCS9 terms win.
4. Age and local laws
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. It is up to you to check that online gaming is allowed where you live and to follow the rules that apply to you.
5. Links to UCS9 and third parties
This site links to the official UCS9 platform and its social channels. Accounts, payments and games are provided there, not on this site. Other websites, including their content and uptime, are outside our control, so always confirm you are on an official UCS9 domain before entering login or payment details.
6. Accuracy
We work hard to keep guides accurate and up to date, but game line-ups, providers, odds formats, payment methods and promotions change. Mathematical figures such as house edge and RTP are standard long-run values and do not predict any individual result.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics of this site are protected. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Trademarks of game studios and providers remain the property of those companies; we mention them only to describe their games.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or copy it to create look-alike websites. Copying the site to impersonate UCS9 is prohibited.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for losses that come from using this site, from decisions based on its information, or from periods when it is offline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Responsible gaming
Please play within your means. Our responsible gaming guide lists practical tools and free support services in Malaysia.
11. Contact
Questions about your UCS9 account should go to UCS9 customer service through the official contact page or 24/7 live chat.
